The simplest requirements of an ATM skimmer:
-Device to read card
-Device to acquire pin, by either:
(a) Record the numbers pressed on the pin pad
(b) View the numbers the person pressed
-Storage or broadcast of information, by either:
(a) Physical medium that is picked up by the person who attached the skimmer
(b) Transmission of the data elsewhere, such as with a cellular device
I’m not going to tell you how you can actually make one, or even help you theorize if you can make one, as it would be illegal.
