Tried looking for it..but unable to find it locally. shipping from USA online shops costs a bomb…

I’m sorry, but the only thing I can think of is going on-line to find one. Or, try finding one that’s a bit cheaper but alike, such as the same features. There are lots of different BBQ smokers available all around the world. Check stores in your area, even if you have to drive a little. What you can also do is call your local store and ask for a number of a place that might have one–I do that at Target stores all the time. I don’t live in Singapore, so I don’t know anything else… Good luck!
