my doctor says im extremely healthy, my friends say i eat too much…?
so im really skinny, 5 ft tall 95 lbs, i do track practice or play tennis or bike everyday and eat…
breakfast
a serving of cereal with 1 cup of milk
1/4 cup cottage cheese w/ strawberries
lunch
turkey sandwhich with cheese and lettuce
carrots and celery, serving of dry cereal or chips er sumthing
snacks
whole bag of popcorn
apple
2 more servings of snack foods
dinner
(one example) 3 oz baked chicken,
1/2 cup of rice, 1 cup cooked cabbage
desert
1/2 – 1 cup of Ice Cream or 6oz container of yogurt w/ granola bar or crackers or cookie er sumthing
so, wut do u think about what i eat in a day?
It all depends on your metabolism. If you have a really high metabolism like I do you can eat more. Your friends may be saying that because they are jealous of how much you can eat and not gain a ton of weight. I am 5 foot tall and weigh only 85 lbs. I can’t gain weight and I look like a stick. which sucks. I can eat a ton and hardly work out (even though i love to play sports) and not gain any weight. Listen to your doctor if he/she says you are healthy you are healthy!! Here’s what i say to people who comment on my weight or what i eat. sarcastically “I know I am such a freakin pig!” (eat) “I know what you mean a strong wind about picked me up left me somewheres else yesterday!” (weight)
