Is it bad to eat soup right after you workout?

I used a bicycle machine thing for about an hour then about 5 minutes after I ate 2.5 servings of Campbells chicken noodle soup (the whole can.)
I also ate a slice of bread with peanut butter and half a bowl of coffee Ice Cream.
Is this bad? Should I not do it again? If so, what should I eat after working out?

I wouldn’t say this is horrible, but you could have skipped the ice cream. Your post workout meals depend on if the workout was just cardio, or weights. If you lifted, you want a good ammount of protein afterwards, carbs (Whole grain aka wheat breads or brown rice), and some fiber (Vegies). If you can afford supplements, I’d invest in them. My post workout meals are usually this.
