power requirements for frymaster h50 series fryer?
Its an old mcDonalds unit I bought used has 3 bays 120 volts. but has a five prong plug with three hots,a ground and a nuteral. it is a single phase unit.am i to run three hots all on different breakers and share a nuteral?
it probably was plugged into a 3 phase 240 outlet, as each single phase was 120, you will need a seperate 20 amp 120 Volt ciruit for EACH bay,
