i am thinking of buying a Gas Pizza oven it does 12 pizzas at a time.?

i have only worked with electric ones before are gas ones ok any different to use. are there any advantages or disadvantages. thank you

Gas Ovens are much better, not to mention cheaper to operate. As far as how many pizzas it cooks at a time, it depends on the dimensions of the oven and the pizzas you put in it.. I assume you are talking about a DECK oven and not a CONVEYOR oven? I would not use a conveyor oven in any circumstance…Deck ovens are FAR superior.
