Where can I buy a restaurant Kitchen Mesh Grease Filter in the UK?
My restaurant kitchen needs a new mesh filter in the canopy. It’s the filter that stops all the grease from the fryer going into the extraction unit and stops fire spreading (and keeping the health and safety people happy) but I just can’t seem to find what i’m looking for?!
Any ideas good people?
