What is more fuel efficient, cruise control or manual?

When driving on the freeway long distances, or even say 10-15 miles.. is it more fuel efficient to use cruise control, or operate the gas manually?

it really just depends on how steady your gas foot is. the more constant you keep your speed, the better your gas mileage will be. for long distances, I’d go with the cruise control because it does automatically what you’d be trying to do manually anyway.
