Nose piercing Sore and Cleaning tips.?

Ok so I got my nose pierced two days ago and it is kind of red and sore. It has gone down since yesterday and doesn’t hurt as bad. I was told to clean in it with the Dial Antibacterial soap. I am doing that I also just ordered the H2Ocean. How should I clean it? do I still use both? Also I work in a Deli and I stand over a fryer sometimes , will the steam hurt it? thanks alot

if you had it pierced with a gold stud you could very well be allergic to the gold…you need to use witch hazel which is available in the isle of the store near the rubbing alcohol or a rubbing alcohol to disinfect around the opening I would try removing it for a moment and clean the earring as well and replace it immediately…I had this issue with my ears when I had them pierce the first time at 12 yrs old..be sure to turn it often and clean it often as well
