holden rodeo 1993 nat. aspired and 1998 turbo valve timing.?
what is the diference in valve timing between a holden rodeo diesel 1993 naturally aspired and a 1998 turbo diesel? or what is the valve timing on each of these engines?
I would not be surprised if the turbo cam has a slightly longer intake period closing a little later; that would be possible and make some sense. I would ask an engine rebuilder or a holden parts department if they are the same part number. If they give you an answer without checking a parts book then I would be suspect of the answer.
A overhaul manual for both models would also be able to supply the answer and would cost around $80 for the pair at SuperCheap or the like.
